Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern authorised use of SmartCo CRM software and services supplied by SMART CO CRM LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17429977.

1. Permitted Use

SmartCo CRM may only be used for authorised business activities and in accordance with the permissions assigned to each user account.

2. Intellectual Property

The software, source code, interface, workflows, layouts, documentation, branding and associated materials are proprietary. They must not be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, distributed, adapted, republished, resold or used to create another software system without written permission.

3. Account Security

Login credentials are personal to the authorised user and must not be shared. Users must take reasonable steps to keep credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

4. Customer and CRM Data

Customer organisations remain responsible for information they enter into SmartCo CRM and for ensuring that such information is collected and processed lawfully.

5. Third-Party Services

Some features may integrate with third-party email, payment, accounting, communications, marketing or automation services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Unauthorised Use

Access may be restricted or suspended where there is suspected misuse, unlawful activity, unauthorised copying, attempted security circumvention or another material breach of these Terms.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, upgrades, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Where appropriate, users may be required to accept an updated version before continuing to use SmartCo CRM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
